1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the medical tourism services provided by LUXORA GLOBAL SERVICES LLC (operating under the trade name "Luxora Clinic"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or book procedures through our platform.
2. Description of Service
LUXORA GLOBAL SERVICES LLC is a premier facilitator for medical tourism. We connect patients with licensed surgical facilities and doctors in Turkey, and arrange logistics including luxury hotels, VIP transfers, and translation services.
3. Booking, Deposits, and Payments
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit via our secure payment platform (Stripe). Deposits are used to secure surgery dates, hotel bookings, and logistics. You expressly acknowledge that all deposits are non-refundable. All financial transactions are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate medical history and current health information.
- Ensuring you hold a valid passport and all necessary travel visas.
- Following all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by the medical team.
- Purchasing comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
5. Medical Disclaimer
LUXORA GLOBAL SERVICES LLC is a travel and coordination agency, not a medical facility. All medical decisions, treatments, and procedures are the sole responsibility of the licensed surgeons and clinics performing them in Turkey. Luxora does not guarantee specific medical outcomes and cannot be held liable for any medical malpractice.
6. Limitation of Liability
LUXORA GLOBAL SERVICES LLC shall not be held liable for medical errors, medical complications, or travel delays beyond our control. We strongly recommend all clients purchase specialized medical tourism insurance.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
